Augustine Jewlery ships with USPS. All in-stock jewelry will ship within 3 business days. Custom orders will ship in the specified window when the order is placed.

We offer a full refund or exchange 30 days after the date of purchase. The item must be unaltered with the sales tag still attached to the item.  Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please email us at info@augustinejewelryco.com for a Return Authorization Code (RAC) and affix the RAC to the exterior of your packaging.   Purchasers are responsible for return shipping fees. Upon receiving the return, a refund will be issued within 5 business days. Please note that while we may have processed a return, banks can take 3-5 additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
